Part of the commercial market never reaches the portals. Reaching it means knowing owners and operators, reading the neighbourhoods and moving before a property becomes a listing.
We handle transactions of different scale, use and structure, from a single location to a full investment.
Track record
The Milano Core I fund, subscribed by Investcorp and managed by Castello Sgr, acquired the building at Via Mecenate 91 in Milan, home to the Kering group's offices. Fabrizio Piperno, partner at LCRE, advised the seller alongside Bel Agency.
