LCRE — Location Consulting & Real Estate — is the practice of Piperno & Sonnino S.r.l., founded by Fabrizio Piperno and Gianluca Sonnino. We operate across the commercial and residential property markets, from search and brokerage to transaction advisory.

Fabrizio Piperno and Gianluca Sonnino come from two historic Roman families, bringing with them a legacy of culture, relationships, and a deep knowledge of the city. They have worked together professionally for over thirty years, building an experience that spans different phases and transformations of Rome’s real estate market.
Their knowledge of Rome extends beyond its properties: it encompasses its neighbourhoods, businesses, property owners, and the network of personal and professional relationships through which much of the city’s real estate market has traditionally operated. Built over decades, this network allows them to understand the wider context of each transaction, identify opportunities, and connect the right people.
Their partnership is founded on trust, continuity, and a personal, direct approach to real estate advisory. This experience gave rise to LCRE: a contemporary firm that brings a way of working built over time to the residential and commercial markets.
